		<description>I started with a low carb diet over a year ago and I can say that I have adopted a new lifestyle that I really like. Despite losing weight which was not my concern, my energy levels increased and also my health improved. My blood tests are perfect and I feel great about this. I am not going to revert back to high carb - low fat diet again. I&#039;ve never been healthier in my entire life. I am going to stick with low carb.</description>
