Low Carb Peanut Butter Fudge?

While going through my daily search routine on Youtube, I came across an unbelievable video from a nice guy who will teach you how to make low carb peanut butter fudge. This guy knows good desserts too…as he claims he’s lost over 200 pounds thanks to a low carb (Atkins) diet plan. That’s pretty amazing!

Watching him make that made my mouth water, and I promise you, I guarantee I could eat the entire pan. No doubt about it! But that’s not a good idea, and I don’t recommend it. Eating an entire pan WILL leave you with many regrets that night. As with any dessert item while low carbing, it’s always best to tread carefully. Just because something is “low carb” doesn’t mean you can eat 10 servings of it.

Anyway, the recipe looks pretty basic, and the only thing you might have to hunt for is the Vanilla Protein Powder it calls for. I found some recommendations on this low carb site, and it’s really not all that expensive, due to the fact that it does last for a while (assuming you get the big jug of it). Apparently it’s used in quite a few low carb recipes, which was total news to me.

Here’s the video with clear instructions:

Anyway, if anyone tries this recipe before me, by all means, please post in the comments below on what you thought about it. Thanks!

I have been lurking around for a while now and I think that this one beats them all. In most cases, people trying to loose the weight are advised to stay away from chocolates, deserts and other such sweeteners. This is just the perfect solution to those people, you can have deserts and even keep you taste bud going. Thanks for sharing this I’m gonna try this at home today.

Now that’s something that people like me lurk over the Internet. As I’m on a diet and so I restrain myself from falling in for the sweeteners as far as possible even though I do have a sweet-tooth. I think that this is gonna be the first thing that I’m gonna try and get over my craving.

It is a very good post. Use a Yo-cheese, cottage cheese, sandwich spread, replacement of mayonnaise, salad dressing base, dip vegetables or unsalted chips. You can mix the onion granules, chili powder and unsalted or minced chives or finely chopped spring onions or some other flavor of your salads or dips.

They also make low carb yogurt, low carb fudge that you can safely eat without gaining weight.I wanted to do a new low carb video to welcome in the new year. These were a big hit at all my holiday family functions even with my non-low carving family.
