Low Carb Recipe – Lemon Dressing

Carbs Per Serving: 13g total | Effort: Easy
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons Splenda
1 dash pepper
1 dash Paprika
1 1/3 cups salad oil
8 tablespoons vinegar
8 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind – zest
How to Prepare:
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake until well blended. Refrigerate.

I can imagine the Lemon dressing, however I’ve never been too fond of dressings as they’re quite rich but if they’re really low and tastes good, I would be happy to try it out.

This is a great post – thanks a lot. I’m actually living in the south of France, but unfortunately kids and teenagers nowadays are moving away from the healthy Mediterranean diet towards a low-value junk food diet. Also, a study I recently read revealed that obesity in French teenagers increased by almost 25% over the last 10 years – mostly due to the lack of sport and changes of nutritional habits.
