Low Carb Recipe – mock tuna/spam/ham mac salad

Serves:4 | Carbs Per Serving: 3 | Prep Time: 15 min. | Effort: Easy

Ingredients:

8 boiled eggs diced
¼ c.celery
¼ c.onion
1 c. mayo
add 1 can tuna, diced spam
or diced ham,
mustard to taste
salt to taste

How to Prepare:

put every thing together, mix well – easy as that!
