Low Carb Recipe – Tuna & Goat Cheese Salad

Carbs Per Serving: 4g | Effort: Very easy | Time to prepare: 10min

Ingredients:

1/4 cup of canned tuna (1/2 can)
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese (can buy at grocery store)
2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing
2 cups lettuce

How to Prepare:

Simply mix all the ingredients! Only 210 calories, 13 grams of fat, 22 grams of protein and 4 grams of carbs…delicious!

    I didn’t know that we could mix tuna and goat cheese. As these 2 ingredients are among my favorite foods, I will definitely try this easy recipe. Thanks for sharing.
